Rick Son is a Vancouver-based composer/pianist who will lead a trio at Frankies Jazz Club. The trio will be playing originals and interpretations of works by masters. Borrowing sounds from jazz and ECM, Rick invites the audience to engage in the detailed narrative the trio has to offer.
For this Frankies After Dark Performance he will be joined by Piyotr Kao on upright bass, and Todd Stewart on drums.
