New York Drummer Michael Sarin returns to Vancouver for his first concert there in over 25 years!

New York Based drummer Michael Sarin has been a cornerstone of the American Avant-garde scene for over 30 years, known for his work with Dave Douglas, Myra Melford, Anthony Coleman, Thomas Chapin & John Zorn.

On August 14th Sarin returns to Vancouver for the first time in over 25 years, performing with long-time colleagues Ron Samworth & Bill Clark, two veterans of the Vancouver creative music scene.

This performance is part of the New Thing, a monthly improvised music series presented by Infidels Jazz & VJO Society.
