Julian Borkowski has quickly become one of the most talked about young Jazz trumpeters on the Canadian scene, despite having spent most of the last several years working on his masters degree in Oregon.

For this special performance at All-City Athletics, Julian has assembled a group of some the brightest young lights on the Vancouver scene: Quincy Mayes on keyboards, David Caballero on bass, and Todd Stewart on drums. This will be Julian’s first Vancouver show on trumpet in over two years, and will feature two scorching sets of Julian’s original music, most of which has never been performed in Vancouver.

This event is on August 10 at All-City Athletics at 130 W. Hastings. 7:30 Doors, 8:00PM Start.

It’s only accessible from the the Alley Entrance, and is presented by Tim Reinert of Infidels Jazz.

Tickets will $20 in advance via eventbrite, and $25 at the door.
