John Coltrane is one of the most iconic figures in the history of Jazz, known for his technical process and his williingess to buck conventional wisdom and create new forms for his music. In September 2026th, Vancouver’s Jazz scene is celebrating his 100th birthday, with a series of concerts featuring the very best local musicians.
This performance will be part of the New Thing, a monthly improvised music series at Zameen Art House presented by Infidels Jazz & VJO Society.
