Drawing on jazz, rock, and electric improvisation, one of Canada’s top bassists André Lachance switches to guitar for this dazzling mix of cool tunes, pulsing grooves, and cosmically compelling sonic excursions. His Quatuor features fellow Renaissance men Chris Gestrin – Moog/Keyboards, Jon Bentley – Saxophones, and Brad Turner – drums.
Sundays at Hero’s Welcome (3917 Main Street) is a weekly jazz series presented by Tim Reinert of Infidels Jazz. The concept is to provide an affordable way for jazz lovers of all ages to gather and celebrate this music we love.
