This explosive group led by Quincy Mayes will present a time capsule evening of 70s Funk, Jazz Fusion and Música popular Brasileira in a “live mixtape” format. Paying tribute to such seminal artists/groups as Herbie Hancock’s Headhunters, Azymuth and Flora Purim, this ensemble envisions new arrangements and colors that bring fresh perspective to influential works from past eras.
