Graham Villette was born on Vancouver Island and has been playing drums for over a decade.
In 2021 Villette completed a Masters Degree in Jazz Performance at the University of Toronto where he was fortunate enough to study with Canadian drumming legend Terry Clarke. Even though Villette’s home base is Nanaimo, he finds himself playing music all over Vancouver Island and the lower mainland. For the last 9 years he has had the pleasure of working with many leading jazz musicians from the USA and Canada including Cory Weeds, Peter Bernstein, Joe Magnarelli, Akiko Tsuruga, Champian Fulton, Ray Gallon, John Lee, Steve Wallace, Brad Turner, Steve Kaldestad, Miles Black, and Mike Allen.
Frankie’s Jazz is presented by Infidels Jazz, and takes place every Friday and Saturday night from 11PM-1215AM. Admission is $10, which is added to your bill at the end of the night
