Trailblazing trombonist and composer Naomi Moon Siegel has “crafted a truly unique aesthetic, combining elements of straightahead, fusion and modern jazz with world-music flavors in a way that sounds entirely of the 21st century” (JAZZIZ), and on November 01, she’ll be performing at Tyrant Studios to support the Nov. 8 release of her third album Shatter The Glass Sanctuary, a collection of adventurous original works that chronicles her adjustment to small-town living in Missoula, Montana, after residing for many years in Seattle, Washington.
For her very first performance in Vancouver as a bandleader, Naomi will be joined by Kelsey Mines on bass, and Christopher Icasiano on drums.
