Guitarist Matthew Ariaratnam and drummer Adrian Avendaño’s sound is inspired by an eclectic array of music across time, space, and geographies. Two of the city’s most intriguing emerging artists, they meld elements of post-rock, Tuareg rock, Indian ragas, noise, experimental electronic music, free jazz, and soundscape composition with concepts of deep listening.
